This birthday was a little different...we had no family in town! Greg's parents have been in Florida since January, and my parents are in Grand Cayman. Since our previous plans with Josh and Crissie Estes failed because of the weather, we decided to do the Easter Egg Hunt at Westview U.M. church together, then meet up later for dinner and Kaitlynn's little party. B/4 Adam and Valerie left they gave her a Dora tent, which she loves. Mama and Papa bought her a toddler bed (yes, she's finally out of the crib!), and are getting her a violin. Uncle Eric and Aunt Meg sent a cute sweatshirt from Old Navy and some $ for candy. :) She had a fun day, and was exhausted by bedtime. Hard to believe she'll be in school in just another year!

I'm soooo glad Greg was able to attend with me this year. He only had a couple of vacation days left due to Allison's birth, sickness, etc., but he was willing to take a couple of more unpaid because he loves ACE Convention and he loves our students. I think he loves me, too. :)
