Last Day Trip of the Summer!

Mom wanted to do something special with the kids before we headed back to school, so we took a day to tour the Wildlife Safari in Port Clinton, OH. We had a good time, and the kids loved it! If you're looking for something to do (Memorial Day to Labor Day), this is it! $50 for a carload of 8 isn't a bad deal for a day of fun. Although we didn't eat on site, their food prices weren't too bad.

This family was trying to feed the giraffe through their sunroof. Watch the progression here...at one point the mom was in the front floorboard because the giraffe had his head all the way in. If you know anything about a giraffe, you may realize that they have a huge tongue. He would spiral his tongue around a carrot stick...it was hilarious!

What a cool place! I'm glad you got to go enjoy yourselves and the kids too! You, once again, got some great pics of your kiddos...they are adorable!
